It takes pure passion and determination to be in the fashion online space, when there are so many designers out there working hard, but when you have the team of Stephanie De Francesco &  Carmel De Francesco owners of European Wardrobe an online Fashion Boutique behind you there are two things that stand out, these girls really do bring home the unique designers and they promote their designers to the market. Stephanie introduced A Beauty Feature to Megan Park, her jewelry initially caught our attention but  her  RTW SS12 Collection is full of imagination to take you to places while we are in the Australian winter season.

Brimming with her signature detailing and hints of bygone eras, it’s the ultimate hybrid of bohemianism and relaxed sophistication that only Park’s wild imagination can conjure.

Silhouettes are elegant in their simplicity, cut from entirely natural fabrics; satins, silk Habutai, crushed silk cottons, and hand-woven powdery Khadi. From kaftan blouses in feathery chiffons to maxi skirts and paneled tunics, there’s a fresh yet timeless feminine appeal. Harem pants are a staple, with bias-cut trousers, silk crepe drawstring pants and relaxed belted Banaras trousers peppered throughout the collection.

Take the hippie trail back in time with Arabesque motifs inspired by the intricate tile work of the Ottoman era. Ancient stencils are updated in a harlequin of multi-colours and stitched onto block colored silk cotton tops and capped sleeve shifts.

Roam riads, remote beaches and desert dunes in silver, mist and charcoal neutrals. Alternatively, offset the landscape in a rainbow spectrum of watermelon blush, sultry citrine and fuchsia bougainvillea. This season, Park has expanded the jewel box, with an array of statement-making bowerbird neck armour. Conjuring the tropical warmth of Hawaii, oversized customised Polynesian style Aloha motifs feature on silk crepe shorts, blouses and floor-grazing skirts. Blooming buds are a dominant theme, with Floral Fiesta patterns magically clashing in a vintage patchwork of easygoing island spirit. Falling Flowers presents a more delicate oeuvre, with its fine, spidery line-work screen-printed by hand.
