To mark 10 years of Kate Moss modelling for Rimmel, the brand threw a huge party at Battersea Power Station in the London on the eve of London Fashion Week, with Moss arriving by her favourite mode of transport - helicopter. Moss joked that "Getting in the chopper and going home," was her most memorable experience to date with the make-up brand. Admirers of Kate's red pout in this photo will be keen to know that she was sporting shade number one (of 15) from her eponymous range of lip colours. Fellow Rimmel ambassadors Georgia May Jagger, DJ Solange Knowles and emerging Puerto Rican model, Alejandra Ramos, also popped into the event.
There were never any doubts about the fact that Kate Moss is an international icon. Honouring a successful decade-long partnership - which has seen Kate appear in countless adverts and campaigns for the brand - the party also marked the launch her first ever beauty line for Rimmel, the London Lipstick Collection By Kate. In true supermodel style, Kate will arrive at the event by chopper, echo the four minute advertisement she filmed to accompany the collection, where Kate jams with The Vaccines before stripping off, flinging on a red dress and fleeing in a helicopter.
